Updating the stuff is always a pain for me... takes way too much time, so I want to focus on the right Wiki: Which Wiki will you use for Arkadia Content?
entropedia.info I always use that one... I'll only get away from it if I see that the others contain A LOT more or better informations.
If I'm not mistaken, Entropedia and the EP Wiki are different structures, right? I think you can answer this RAZER, from a more technical perspective, and I think it has to do with how information is recorded, as well as maybe other features, but both offer a good service. I know that RAZER (and Tass in the past) worked very hard on the EP Wiki, and I know that RAZER has some specific plans, but they were always quick with adding info to the EP Wiki. It's just that the EP Wiki hasn't been around as long as Entropedia, and it was a challenge getting people to help fill in the missing info. If I wasn't involved in so many other things, I'd be in there working on it too, but unfortunately, I'm eyeball-deep in too many projects as it is. Either way ... I think both sites offer valuable information.
Well MS9 the basics are the same for both wiki's, both are mediawiki wiki's. Thing is that entropedia is highly customized and therefor people can do less with it and Witte (is he still the admin over there) is the one that needs to do some work in order to let people add stuff to it. But it has a lot of info and it will be hard for the EP wiki to catch up. But with a new planet we have a chance to do this and I will surely try and I have some people with me willing to help to.

A little additional information, Entropedia was written from scratch, mostly by Minder who is no longer active in EU or as admin. So it is not based on a standard Wiki. It does however offer most functionality a standard Wiki has. The feature that distinguishes Entropedia from other types of Wikis are the charts, which I think makes it unique. I have actually wondered why this concept isn't integrated in Media wiki as it would be a major improvement in my oppinion. I recently added a new tool to Entropedia where trusted members have to capability of adding new charts and new columns: http://planetarkadia.entropedia.info/ChartManagement.aspx . My goal is to make all the main functions of the site 100% manageable by users, with the exception of functions that require specific code to work.
entropedia.info as thats the easiest to use and have most info and better layout in my mind, especially with the recent planet selector Tried some with EP wiki too but too hard to overview stuff for me and need to learn things all over again, I use it sometimes but mostly use entropedia
