Vehicle License Terminal

I read in the Entropia Guide that before you can drive a Vehicle you must first purchase a License Registration from a Terminal?

I've tried searching on Google and Arkadia maps but I can't find the Vehicle License Registration Terminal on Arkadia? Does anyone know where it is?

you don't need it anymore
just spawn your vehicle and you are able to use it.

 

Originaly you were suposed to be able to put in your vehicle and any upgrades for it before its become useable then they scrap the idea
