    I can certainly appreciate everyone's anxiousness, because I too am SO ready to inhabit Arkadia. :)

    It may be because the prelude to this launch has been such an incredible experience with how Dave and the A-Team has embraced the community not only with their consistent communication, but with engaging us in certain aspects of the development, as well as all that they have shared with us. We're ready for a new experience, and if the launch out the gate is anything like we've been led to anticipate, then yes ... we are anxious for this journey to begin.

    Fleet Arkadia is in the outer system, but even in sci-fi storytelling terms, this tells me that it won't be too long now before we are told to prepare for landing. I think we can exercise a bit more restraint and appreciate the flow of information that we have already been privey to, because I would guess that Dave is just as anxious to present Arkadia to us as we are to begin our experience, but I know Dave well enough to know that he is a stickler for having things right. I wouldn't expect anything less of him, and why I am having a hard time myself containing my excitement.

    I'm sure we will be given the news as soon as it's ready to be revealed. :)

    You make some excellent points here. We know Arkadia is coming. I'm sure that Arkadia Studios is dying to tell us when the release might be, but they need to cover themselves and know for sure before telling us. What would be better, telling us the date and then missing it due to an unforeseen complication, or keeping us on edge for a little while longer and then announcing the launch date :p

    I'd pick the latter :)

    I thought about doing the same and then realised its a 24 hour window plus download time for the content... and I get a pretty poor connection here from Australia... I think i'm gonna have to just hit it hard on the weekend :)

    Yeah I am probably going to have to end up doing the same thing. I might try later in the day. The releases always seem to come out when I am at work anyways. I remote into my home PC and start the update and ready to roll when I get home. :) Cheers and good luck on getting the new planet out on the 24th! been looking forward to this for months!

    Haha! I will have two days vacation ... 24th for download (whenever it happens over the day), first patches etc. and 25th to enjoy the new planet and loot all this unique items wich are availiable for three days only - lol!
