    Why can't I view this URL? I'm trying to start these missions but I am completely lost as to where to go to kill these guys.

    these are the instance mobs that you will find inside the instances currently located inside the Riptor head at Aakas TP in the south west of the desert region of Arkadia. I don't have the coordinates on me right now but I'm sure one of our very helpful Arkadian Advisers or one of our equally wonderful forum users will post them for you.
