I've just lost two keys from being disconnected while in the lvl 8 instance.
if you relog straight away after being disconnected, you end up back in the same spot but the instance just crashes again. Seems to spend a long time rendering the environment and then dies.

If you don't log in straight away (I eventually tried a reboot of router and pc), you end up outside the door without ur key.

I tried again in case it was a one off. Doh!

Suggest people avoid the instances just for a little while and then maybe test on one of the low levels.

Yes I have logged support call(s).

hm i dont know if its connected at all i noticed an increase of lag in aakas 01 specially the boiler room where all the pipes are at the walls. i shot all the mobs and the pipes still loaded when i was ready. i had no disconnects but my name in the damage hud dissappeared all the time. there have not been that much people around since most might have thought that the arkoins still dont drop so i believed it was on my side. some lag also at the blue tunnels the ground did not load so i jumped over the hole to the other end.

i play 16bit graphics inside of them to have it run faster so was weird that it happened.

cant redo now maybe someone who plays them now can say more to be more sure.

Lag on-planet has been especially bad the last couple days. I haven't been in any instances lately tho.

So I got the TT value of the keys refunded, which is better than a kick in the teeth.

But I beleive the lost keys should be replaced. Whether you buy or craft them, it generally costs signginificantly more than TT value. Instance crash with a refund of TT value = significant loss of ped.

it happened to me after having an overheat shut off on laptop, and it looks to me that the problem is that when you reboot you take longer to log back than system to disband your team and if no other member is inside ( you are doing solo ) the instance is automated ended

    Chili,

I expect you are right. in this particular situation, repeated relogging just put me back in the same sorry situation, so I was relieved when the instance gave up. I still think the key should be replaced though. TT value just doesnt cut it.

Don't know if this was reported already but seems they fixed this "disconnect" issue ...

Was disconnected half-way through an lvl 6 instance while alone in team. Based on previous experiences thought that's it and went for a smoke ... logged back in 5 mins later and to my surprise I was in the instance at the exact same spot where I disconected, only time was 5 mins less ... went ahead and finished the instance with no issue :)

Maybe they linked instance life to the timer ... don't have the guts to test :p ... anyway, glad that a disconnect doesn't mean instance over anymore :D
