I've been killing time while travelling through space by having a look at my sales data. Thought I would share:

Looking at this data, it's interesting to see what a difference shop location has on sales. Turnover at Celeste Quarry is consistantly higher than for the other two shops. It's not hard to see why - the Quarry remains the location with the highest populatin. And this leads to mostly higher sales figures (Peds). Even though, the booths have a lower item count than the shops, I believe that, as revenue generators, these titles have significantly higher value. IMO, the booth buyers got really good deals.

Also I note that although I get the least turnover at Sanctuary Cove, the average sale price is a lot higher than for the other shops. As a result the sales amount (Peds) approaches that of the Quarry. I think this is due to the nature of the activity at Sanctuary Cove - hunting of higher level mobs, needing better guns. If we cant get some action from PP and MA on purchase of addtional Item capacity, it might make sense for me to pull out some of the lower end weapons and increase the count of bigger weapons.

It helps that you always have the fairest prices in comparison to the other shops/booth.

    Don't think I haven't noticed.

Nice to see, + rep. Wouldn't it be nice if you could do that directly from MA instead of having to transfer to excel :)

Well it's just use of data I already collect to track my costs, profit and loss, current shop inventory etc. And I wouldnt expect MA to be able to track all that data in the way I need it. How do they know what MU I paid for ingredients in a person to person trade? How do they calculate the cost of making components, taking into account production of residue and bps?

But if I didnt care about all that I could just scrape the ped flow window I suppose.

    Hi KikkiJikki,

Its not clear whether your sales value is full amount item sold for (i.e. TT+MU), or just the MU (i.e. profit), or something else based on your crafting costs (what do you do if you sell something looted rather than crafted?). Can you please explain what that figure is?

+rep for posting what you have - useful to know ;)

The sale value is the full price (not including shop tax) that the item sells for. So I guess that's TT plus MU.

I currently dont make a profit but I am hoping to start breaking even around the end of this year.
