Fall through the floor or shops

Having a common trouble for myself and my visitors fall through the floor of the shop and see the water under the land till they jump a few times then the shop has to re load

 

I love the view of the ocean from inside my shop

 

ehhe yup yup it drops the avatar outside the area of the shop slightly to the level of the ground usually and sometimes slightly under that. happens in apartments too more rarely. This same glitch happened in past in caly apartments in spots too.

 

Yep noticed it in bout all the shops at one time or another. Hope they can isolated the issue and resolve it.

Today I noticed there's no "land" under the shops but there is a river under the streets. Maybe its because there's no actual land there? Looks kinda like we build out over water if you look down through the street

 

Kitten i have the same problem in m shop as well but i got a bonus lol. i seen flies flying around in an area in my shop and i went to see what it was (as there is a no food or drink policy in my shop ;P) and what did i find 212 fruit lol and when i fell through the floor i quickly picked it up so i got a bonus of 212 fruit

 

heheheheh neato so that mean there is land under the shop or fruit cant spawn there

it seem to happen if someone jump inside the shop or get too close to furniture so the avatar step on the furniture.

when the avatar lands on the shops floor then it fall through / btw there is some issues with the ground and wall occuring.

same happen when you jump upstairs inside a appartment.

It seems to happen a lot more in my shop maybe because of all the furniture hehehehe

Yeah, it has been around since I joined the game back in April 2010. So it's definitely not isolated to Arkadia. On Calypso, it would sometimes do it in my empty apartment, as well. So I don't know what the cause is.
