Sorry if this is a duplicate thread because im to bussy atm to go look for other threads. I'm wondering when the next planet content and platform update will come out.
Also the 31st was the last I read/heard, from NI information so official really as far as that planet is concerned. Was announced as a delay from this week. Kim had said something about the end of this week for Caly, but no further details anywhere. Just looking any time this month now I guess but Ark team will tell us when they can I assume.
I would also love to see an update in Jan but ofcorce I prefer it to be as bug free as possible and Arkadia studios not to lower their standard just to push out an update for the sake of pushing it out.
David Dobson told Zume to do the interview on Thursday the 26th (she can't do it Friday) and since updates are usually on a Tuesday.... It'll be on the 31st. I'm not sure if Dobson said the date of the update or not. But NI News is as official as Arkadia News. MindArk controls it and if the partners hear it got moved from MindArk, that's pretty official as far as I'm concerned.

Oh Rex, it's not all about you... LOL!! j/k j/k! XD It's all about me! I'm glad I didn't hang around waiting for the update that's now been really delayed. lol! oh well. I agree, better it be as bug free as possible than to push it out just to get it out. I'd rather it be right the first time.

Update is on the 31st. Got a newsletter in email We have our first version update this year slated on the 31st Jan, 2012. This coming update includes an extensive storyline mission chain which affirms our commitment to improve the new player experience on Planet Arkadia and smoothen the learning curve of the game . Here are some pictures of the content you can expect this update: Fans of Arkadia's backstory will also be pleased to know that Commodore Toán Harvir and Captain Chiharo have finally made their appearance. Both of them are situated at the IFN headquarters if you have anything to report to them.
The armor the Commodore is wearing reminds a little of Gordan Freeman of HL. The pod looks interesting, hopefully it's as easy to get as the chopper from The Thing.
