Is going through space the only way to get to Arkadia and other questions

My understanding was that you could TP from Genesis to the planet of your choice based on which partner you downloaded from. For example, if you chose Calypso, you would see Calypso at Genesis. If you chose Arkadia, you would see Arkadia at Genesis. The bug was that those players who downloaded from Arkadia only saw Calypso. Having never gone through Genesis (came ingame before all of that) I can't actually say for certain.. That was just how I understood it to work.

 

Now that I think about it, it may only be the download from entropiauniverse.com that gives access to all planets. When I started, I downloaded from eu.com and could get to any planet but Arkadia (which was where I wanted to go). They later added Arkadia as one of the destinations.

 

Neil thanks a lot that explains just about anything that I can think of to ask, at the moment. I really not a new player(I think my start was 7/07) just have not been playing for the last year or so, so all of this space thing is new to me, but I rally like it. Thanks again for all the info.
