Hey guys... if my goal was to say... loot a smuggler weapon, how would one aspire to do such? Atleast to begin. I need to find a mob suited for my range, I want to try and make 1500 ped last as long as I can. For now I am flying back to calypso to grind on other mobs, so I might not have enough. But here is my gear to let you know what I'm rocking so far. hehe Herman Ark-20 Desert (L) + Beast Amp I actually love this weapon based on the markup and yes, the feeling of when it shoots. I have it completely maxed and probably more. 23 1/2 BLP Sniper, and level 25 laser 22 Laser (Dmg) and 20 BLP (Dmg) If you guys think I should switch up my gear, that's fine, let me know your input and I'll consider. Also, my armors aren't the best, just Gnome no plates, and Samurai + 6a (bot armor) WAT DO?! :whistle:
Good luck, Onciest!! That's the only advice I have atm. Seems your gear setup is just fine. With gnome, maybe grind on anything below Oweko?
EU have a bad habit of punishing people who actively seek for a specific item or hof, id advise you to play eco and have fun, let a suprise hof / item be just that, a suprise.
Okay thanks guys, so would you suggest going after Oratan? The only thing that bothers me is that the small ones do 1 damage, my samurai 6a's help with that, but I feel like I'm over killing them, 4 shots for them, then the bigger ones, they do more damage and kill me alot faster, and regen is flipping phenomenal. I've never made it past 10 mobs cause of the vandals. I mean, I can kill them, but their regen makes it feel like I'm wasting ammo. Should I bite the bullet and push as hard as I can to hunt these mobs? Or should I move onto an IFN challenge mob for now? Cause seriously I don't see any smooth transition with these mobs, it's either insanely easy, or a tad bit over the top of being strong. :/ That's why I come here for advice, I want to find my "niche" lol
Yeah that's basically my goal. Is to hunt Eco for a long time and just wait for that moment. So I need a good example of an eco hunt. Something that provides good return, I don't mind losing 10 ped every hunt either. But at the same time, I am not willing to believe in an eco hunt cause of how "dynamic" entropia is. Edit: I just seriously hate approaching things in this game as if it were a stupid gamble. I don't want to gamble.
You're pretty much at my level and Hadras are pretty much in my wheelhouse. Shogun and 2as/ Law 202 arctic-lr32 work good there - only need to fap a couple times every now and then on bigger ones. They have looted decently all in all as well. Maybe try Madana too - higher mat are tougher tho. They are also mission mob. Tippin'
i would suggest u try the mandanas or hydraadas too, the hydra's have dropped ark20 UL in the past. oweko dropped my sword mako lighning smuggler. I grinded over 100k huon got no item 1500 oweko and got item. it seems when your not looking is when it drops. best of luck too u, if you need a mentor or nice soc. message me
