Concept:

Over 3 weeks we will be giving away 2k peds per week for the highest single loot on Kadra's for that week. The total prizes will be broken in to 3 parts, prizes being given for the highest single loot on 3 maturity groups of Kadra. See specific prizes for each Kadra Maturity Group in the Prize Section of this thread. You will need to register for each week of the event independently should you wish to compete all 3 weeks.

When:

Week 1: Starts Saturday Oct 29th @ 00:01 - Friday Nov 4th @ 23:59
Week 2: Starts Saturday Nov 5th @ 00:01 - Friday Nov 11th @ 23:59
Week 3: Starts Saturday Nov 12th @ 00:01 - Friday Nov 18th @ 23:59

Highest Single Loot on each of the above Maturity Groups will receive the corresponding prize.



How to Enter:

Create an account on entropia tracker HERE if you do not have one already.
Register for:
Week 1 HERE
Week 2 HERE
Week 3 HERE
(if you do not currently have a "rank" in the hunting section of ET, once you get your first global, register for the event and it will be retroactive). Then Run the tracker client to ensure that all of your globals/hofs are accurately read by the event system. Scores will be available in this thread and on the event page HERE(Coming Soon).

Submit screenshots of your globals/hofs into the ArkadiaForum thread in accordance with the screenshot rules below


Screen shots must be submitted within 24 hours of find

Screenshots must include:

date/time stamp in the dialogue box

global message verifying your name and location within the dialogue box

coordinates and LA name must be visible on radar

No edited screen shots will be counted.
(Exceptions will be made for blocking ped card balance, mining depths and pm conversations. Block of chat is only permitted if screen shot is shown to me without edit before posting, this can be done via PM)

Despite this global I still had about 150ped loss after the hunt so i am not sure if i'll continue hunting the kadra.

Also the spawn is just too dense and fast for such an easily agro mob and it is quite easy to get swamped by them.

 

Not sure of arkadian equivalent but Iam finding that boar+5b does the job up to at least provider. I tried sometime ago in shogun+5b and would get killed by agro mobs ganging up on me. With current set up thats no longer a problem with the lower maturities.

 

how do you contact the winners of the prices? i was already hunting the kadra small maturity's and had a nice glob on it 168 ped of an old

 

At the end of each week I typically request that the prize winners contact me via personal message here on the forum, if your 168 ends up being a highest single loot for one of the assigned matuurity groups, it has to land inside the timeframe of the event. And if dyna is short for dynamic voltage assasin then it seems you're already on the scoreboard

Thanks for the info Kikki, I'll talk to some Ark crafters and see what they can make that may provide similar protection and help the local economy.

sorry for my hastiness in your spelling and prizes are the highest single loot for each category of maturities, you can feel free to track that by cross referencing the globals of various ava's on the scoreboard, or I can let ya, know, posting the highest single loots so far for each class now

 

Meculus have u thought about including a more useful scoreboard?

 

I don't have the ability to control the way entropia tracker lays out, i was able to get my own scoreboard on ET.com with the template that is already available, but i cant control the code. So for now, i just have to manually transfer data unless i want to have a simple HSL event or most globals event. Could have scoreboards if i made 3 separate events on ET.com per week, but that would be mayhem, working with starfinder to update system to read out easier in the future though

 

ok, just suggesting if you supply layout of board with space for top in each category, would be very simple code for starfinder to populate the fields automagically. right now the board doesnt really mean anything useful.

Also, not many people are running ET these days. I looked last night when I logged off and there were only 3 trackers running, presumably that included mine, which means Arkadia 1,2, and 3 are not be online anymore. Today I'm going to PM every Arkadian in my friend list and ask if they're running ET. If they're not, I'm going to explain the benefits of running ET and how to install it. Anyone else who's tired of seeing only 3 to 6 trackers running on Ark, do the same.

 

Kikki, ET is currently undergoing a major facelift on the website, we are working on some new idea's for scoreboards, and I will keep you posted. Wanted to offer event for you guys now before the holday wave of MA events hits.
