Just recieved compensation from the no loot issue from the 15-09-11.

Didnt even make a support case.

After one of the server restarts was a period when no one was getting loot. Clearly a bug as they did a server restart to fix. So people impacted have been compensated.

Not to be confused with regular no loots we all get.

If I'm not mistaken, it is actually MA we need to pat on the back.. As far as I understand it, all loot is controlled by MA and it was THEIR update fucking it up.. so they had the responsibility of "fixing" it.. Hence also pay compensation.. Someone correct me if im wrong..

(ofc I cannot say if the compensation only happened because the A-team punked MA for it)

 

I think the A-team managed to twist MA's arm into compensating everyone affected by that. From experiance with MA things like this does not happen easaly. I know of one other ocasion MA has actualy compensated players for a big and that was something todo with claimrods spawning on strange spots.

 

I was very pleased to find 51 peds added to my account today. I can't believe I spent that much after knowing full well there was a bug. I guess some of us are just slow learners.

Thank you to David and the A-Team for pushing the issue with MindArk --- I am sure it was your efforts that got the reimbursement for all of us. In my opinion, this is another example of the A-Team's excellent customer service.

Hi guys! The 103 participants have been compensated by MA, not Arkadia Studios. We only proposed they look into it.

Now I almost wish I'd killed a few more mobs that day..

A PED... That's what I get for being smart and not hunting that day...

 

Just sad i got peds instead of the CAP-404 Smuggler i looted that day

 

Well I was just trying out the bug that day and shot a few mobs. I was compensated for 42 PED today, so I'm pretty happy about that. Thank you MA.

wow this is a really good sign. We've had problems in the past like this and compensation was not given.
