I've noticed that things can get a bit squishy at terminals, especially with the current influx due to Gold Rush. I know that it's still possible to get to a terminal no matter how many people are there, but it is pretty odd having to shove people out of the way to get to a terminal. Would it be possible to move the terminals away from the wall at places like Celeste Quarry (for example), so that people can access them from all sides? This would mean that more people could gather around without it looking like a can of sardines.
How about players use Celeste Military hq or any of the way better meeting places instead that would actually promote the game better to new players as aesthetically pleasing. Why anyone even uses the quarry is beyond me.
It seems to be a trend not just on Ark but other planets also, that crafters congregate at 3 or 4 locations on planet when every planet has a large number of craft locations. Here on ark we have some of the best thought out crafting locations imo. Try the crafting suites at Harbour (in the elevated room, east side) and upstairs at Dauntless Firebase, Celeste Harbour HQ etc, here the crafter has the TT, craft machine and storage as a suite, so if they forgot something they can reach it without stopping crafting. They can also ofc access the AH via the craft machine itself. More of these in the revamp at 8 coins would be nice. But as for Quarry lets not spoil a nice design for a few visitors too lazy to get the 'other t/ps' when only here for an event.
I would guess that one of the reasons that Celeste Quarry is so popular is because that's where the Mysterious NPCs live with daily missions, and it also has the IFN terminal and NPCs. Having said that, I noticed during Gold Rush that it was almost impossible to find anywhere that was deserted.
