The vast majority of the planet specific missions no longer advance to the next level with the into of the Codex. It's hoped at some point the developers return and get together with Mind Ark so that mission chains like this one that open up the Smuggler chain will get fixed.
That's a shame. Now I feel stupid hunting Wombana with no mission, but they are just right for my chip so grind it is.
I just posted in the Smuggler Mission Chain Thread ( sorry didn't save link). I was requesting an update on this issue and also a ticket has been created as well, in hope it actually gets looked at. GL AxeMurderer! Will see you around for sure!
