Not many Jori high maturity spawns, please consider making the Smuggler cave entrance fee free, once a player has acquired either [Smuggler Access Card] or [IFN General Access Card]. so we can get access to the Jori inside.
"IFN General Access Card" I have not been able to find out requirements for getting this. Can anybody help please

I could find no information, but in the end I assumed I would have 2 finish the complete chain.
