    Must be to gain access to the best secret VIP parties thrown across Arkadia, after showing this card to Vinny the bouncer at the door.
    I imagine it would come with a standard warning, if you accidentally flash the IFN card, Vinny will pummel you into a pulp, because IFN is for wimps.
