Hi everyone I want to firstly thank everyone for the extremely kind and overwhelmingly positive feedback we have received on the Arkadia Official Discord. We have taken all your suggestions and opinions and added them to our idea pot for this year. But before I get to the juicy content (To follow) coming this year, let me explain what I am doing here so that you have a better scope of this post. During the festive season, I was sitting and thinking of what everyone is doing, how they are going about their explorations on Planet Arkadia and around the Entropia Universe which lead me to start thinking of how I am going to communicate with you on a more frequent basis. This is what this post is about. I am going to start creating a blog of what is happening in in the pipeline of Planet Arkadia and share some sneak peaks of our creative process and some teasers of future content. Yea, I know we release patch notes every update but that is just what is released in game at the time, I am talking about the juicy stuff, what is coming next update, what is on the table now, what we are working on, you know … the stuff that excites people of the future. This blog will be exclusive to Arkadia Forum and in the posts to follow, will be things like concepts of future updates, Video blogs (vlogs) and interviews with staff and members connected to Arkadia that make the difference. This blog will have many chapters, call it a monthly blog, a more personal connection between you the players and us the developers. You see, we like to know what our players are experiencing and where we can contribute resources to make it an even better experience. We like to hear about situations that damper your experiences so that we can improve on those areas, but we also understand that we cannot make everyone happy but at least we can try. This year, we are aiming at talking to you on a regular basis and showing you some insights on what is coming and what we plan on making a reality. We want to be open with what is happening on the fronts of updates when it comes to the Arkadia Underground and the Arkadia Moon so that those who invested in deeds will know what they invested in and be proud of it. I invite you all to engage with us, starts posts surrounding your travels, your experiences and above all what you think we should introduce to Planet Arkadia. Talk about what could make the planet awesome, what you feel is missing, what you love and keeping in mind that we try our best to get back to everyone but know this, we are always looking through every post, message and email and take everything to heart. I am busy gathering some content that I can release a post about, so hang in there – things are going to be epic this year… With this I sign off my first Blog and hope you all are doing exceptionally well. nice idea. Visited the moon and it's pretty much meh... boring... add some more missions and things. Also, what about all these partial alpha core card collections in the community?... can we get some new use for em?
I hope Mindark is cooperative , and that all missions and content Will be added, bugfree. Make sure to test it. Looking forward to get some more smuggler content. My 1000 ped smuggler clothes hope it is something special.
Maybe if we could get some daily tokens from hunting/mining/crafting that can be converted into gear or pills just like caly would be cool.furthermore if we can get more types of gear on arkoin trader as well
Or just use Arkoin to buy stuff, like add pills to the Arkoin vendor ? Arkoin MU is lower than Caly Token MU too ? This would lift the Arkoin MU, make Aakas runs more popular, stimulate Kay manufacturing, Create a Market for Treasure and other mining etc, etc ?
^^^ This. Arkoin vendor needs some love. It's had the same stuff the entire time I've played this game, and none of the items are all that great.
I believe the items in there are very much underrated. I've had the armour and it is awesome (sold the set but intend to get another one). The plasma guns fill a gap for skilling not served by any other product (at least not so easily available), and the BLP taggers are equivalent to some much more expensive uL gear. All of it is more or less special purpose, but not at all bad.
Definitly have to develop some use of treasure loot other then upgrade ark weapon or crafting key. its a waste to keep on tt all of those stuff
