Hello everyone! Actually working much IRL i had to change my ways of playing... Being the lucky owner of the "Outback Shop - Crafting materials" i found myself with no more time to manage it at its best. That's with some regrets that i have to decide to sell it, hoping that this shop will find a new owner. I'm not in a hurry, i'll be glad to discuss about all details there or in-game (but well ain't not often logged on lately) Actually the shop has 170 item points indoor 12 item points in display area 8 item points in additional area you can set it to public or private state and add up to 50 guests. the shop can be found on Celest Harbour Island only a few seconds running from Teleporter with the same name. (Position [29633, 10101, 99]) The outside area offers a very nice view on the lake and you'll find a functionnal table with two seats. No obligation to actually buy the items inside the shop, but i'm open to negotiations if the new owner need display tables and screens. Bump! What are the news so far? Well i annouced a few time on calytrade and arktrade channel, seems i got at least 2 more persons interested in the shop, that is good news ^^ I wonder what will they do with it? Maybe a little hint from the communauty would be cool? Anyone has a suggestion of witch type of shop should be opened on arkadia?

I should remind you, dear players, that the offers will be considered only until the 30th of October 22:00 MA time. the procedure is simple, send me a message on arkadia forum on a mail ingame with the following informations : - Full avatar Name - "I'm actually interested in you shop and would like to make an offer of XXXXX Peds for it." - I (want) or (don't want) my name to be quoted on the "actual offer message" (second message in the thread above) as precision, if ever the best offer transaction can't be achived i shall contact the previous best offer (that's the reason i'd like you to send me a formal private message so i can keep track of that). If ever, no offer are made in the end (even the first offer i have confirmed of 15000 ped actually) the shop will be put on Auction (Calypso) for one week at first bid 15k buyout 20k but only for one week... If ever that fails... i'll just remove the shop from the market until i got time to take care of selling it (we are actually talking in terms of month or even year befor ethat can be possible again) Time to catch your chance guys ^^ i'll be waiting for your messages.
I guess that what you mean is that we need robot loot buyers on Ark, but i'm not sure that robot parts sells so well there, i tried to sell some in shop with nice stacks and attractive prices but it never sold, it takes less than a week to sell more than 2k loots from robots on Calypso.
Yes, that's what I mean. But maybe all it needs is more marketing. Once the right people are aware of this they'll come and buy. I hope.
True ^^ anything can be sold in a shop, and advertising is the key, my point having one would have been to contribute to arkadia developpement. Too bad i ain't got no more time for it right now.

Today is the last day i programmed on the sale of the shop showed in this thread. It seem that unluckly no one is interested anymore. i'll program a trip to calypso to put it on auction. I would have really liked to find a worthy new owner to help develop arkadia's gaming life. Guys you can contact me ingame if ever you want to buy it, though i'm very disappointed, i guess i'll try to make some more sales in that shop. i wish you all the best of luck in-game, i'll be there much less often since i got much to do irl.
