In general the only items you can buy directly from MA are those they list in infrequent official auctions, or items from the webshop: https://account.entropiauniverse.com/account/shop/ There's also in game tokens you can use to buy items from special npc's if you count those. As for space thrusters in general the L versions can be found for sale frequently from players on auction and in Celeste Quarry, There are very few UL thrusters in existence, and any player looking to sell one will ask a high price.
