Friend wait now 1 week to get part of the community here...

Dont understand whats going on? A friend of me waits now 1 week to get acces to the Forum / Community here. He dont get the veryfication email and has write few times the Admins. I have open two conversations with the details and asking for help but nothing happen?

Hello Admins can you help him pease to get part of this community. He is a Arkadian Born player and starts now with the hunting on Arkadia. It is good for him to get acces to this community to get help and find more people for playing togehter. Thank you
