Hi, I entered the Aakas Instance 5 a couple of hours ago, about 0800 MA time. Team mode, but entered solo. Halfway thru, after killing the mini boss, had an issue where I got stuck in a wall and had to press T. That threw me to the bottom of the instance. Simone joined my team to help me kill the rest so that I can proceed to the boss and the chest. That was around the 56 minutes left mark. With about 26 minutes left, I was halfway killing the final boss when the instance ended and we got thrown out of the instance without warning. Support case made. I have spend a bunch on running this instance and almost completing it. This is kind of disappointing. Just a heads up for those considering running instances as well, that you may get thrown out before you finish it.
Yes I was indeed helping out in this instance and we just got kicked out with no warning whatsoever. I saw unknown go for the boss, we were just typing some stuff in PM's then all of a sudden BAM, got kicked out. There were 26 minutes something on the clock remaining, so I got no clue what has happened. I hope you get a refund or something on this m8
05 again. Whenever I hear of a problem in Aakas, it's 05. Does it have its special issues, or is it just the most popular and therefore baseline bias kicks in?

it's just a few days short of 6 months without any sort of update / response from support. This is becoming a farce.
Really sorry to read this, yours seems like a pretty simple case that should have been resolved a long time ago. I have had similar problems a few times over the years, some with Aakas 5, but others as well. I'm sure you've read some of the support case horror stories on the PCF too, I don't know why it has to be this way. If I had an issue with any other service provider (bank, broker, utilities, etc) the standard is same-day resolution, but then again customers have more options in those cases...unless I want to start over investing 10+ years in a different game I more or less have to live with the support they provide. Just pulled up my support case history for kicks. In 2008 had two cases, one resolved in 4 hrs, one in 15 hrs. Through the years averages became days, then weeks until this year where I had a case take 1 year-10 months-26 days and 6 hrs for a response, and then all I got was, "It seems your problem has been resolved, we are sorry for the inconvenience!" My fastest support case resolution? -requesting an increase to the PayPal depo limit If it's any consolation all of my Aakas cases were successfully resolved..eventually. Longest was 87 days. GL!!!
My last support case was coincidentally also about Aakas, a key 10, where I looted golden gears instead of the anticipated codex chamber. I got a response within 24 hrs (albeit not the answer I was hoping for, as they couldn't see any irregularities) I've never had issues with long response time from support, but I guess some cases can get lost/forgotten somehow. I always make sure to file the cases to the correct department (or whatever it says when opening up the standard scheme, iirc there's a drop-down menu) I fill in date, time, give a short description, stick to facts and don't whine. Attaching screen shots is very useful, especially if the time stamp and location is showing. Has the case been closed or is it still open? If it's open, they've forgotten about it. It's still "Open", with no reply from Support to that ticket. Since Nov 2016 Dylan|Arkadia has been telling me support is aware / looking into it / going to get back to me / going to get it sorted out within days (or some other very short time frame). Since Dec 2016, Dylan hasn't followed up with me either, although I did msg him here once. So right now, as far as I know, there is no follow up from either MA or Dylan either. Am aware MA is very bad with support usually, but I was hoping Ark managment will be more keen to get issues related to Arkadia resolved in a more timely manner.
Just PM'ed Dylan here about what I plan to do once it hits one year of no response on this issue. It's now 9 months since it happened. Lets see if that gets me a response.
I've run hundreds of keys and have never been kicked like that. What makes it worse is all the loot is in the chests at the end when running team instance. Gears seem to be the only key part looted when running solo (I also made a support case about it and was told the gears are supposed to drop in aakas 10 solo) done more than 20 aakas 10 solo runs and only ever looted those gears.
