Umad? apart from the late results I dont rly see a problem. I had about 9k points in cat 3 but you dont see me get all mad cause I lost . I love these GR events, coordination might have been a little bit better and faster but still the results where posted in reasonable time.

MindArk, not Arkadia Studio's, look at the event results and provide them to be published to the public. In the case of Gold Rush too. You are now blaming a party who is powerless in the issue.

My advice is to take it up with MindArk via either their forums (they are known to frequent PCF) or start a support case. Supply them with your logs of your runs so they can compare it with their own data.

Tbh I don't know why anyone would want to take a video like that seriously. You don't know how the system works, you don't know who actually tallies everything up. Yet you claim that they scam you. Then you have this ridiculous video which is nothing else but hilarious because it looks and feels like a troll video.
Steps I would recommend for you to take:
1: Take the video down, bad publicity isn't produced towards Arkadia, it only makes you looks like a troll.
2: Open a support case to get more information on why you didn't get a prize, my guess is that the hours you are counting are off.
3: Send Dylan a PM on the forum, if he catches it he might be able to speed things up a bit (no guarentees there off course)
4: Give a follow up here once you get a response back.

I didn't expect to win, but thought I might have been a bit closer in points. God knows what guns and buffs were used in cat 4, but there was some impressive point scores...30k 24k etc!

I personally found this round 5 extremely tough for points and loot, getting around 3500 points in the first 20hrs and around 14000 points in the second 20hrs, giving me a total of around 17500 points for 40hrs. So guessing my average was around 8750 for 20hrs.

Biggest loot was around 500 ped and I lost overall 14000 peds on the 40hrs. (44k total loss on the first 5 events)

On a positive note I racked up 2 lots of evade, gained quite a few skill pills, but don't think it was worth the 14k it cost me.

As a Land winner in event 3, which we still have not received, and with no commutation on when we will get the promised prizes, I don't think I will participate in 6 & 7.....

 

Points must have been luck factor....M83 Predator t2, hotfoot 50, imp ares, mm candy...i think i looted 4x5k and 3x1k...points total 27.6k...wasn't too sure about time so overshot the mark by few hours.

Lootwise? Don't ask. Probably similar to yours in proportion to hours spent (& probably lower gear than yours).

 

That video only tells us the total of points accumulated and not the total time played. If they played 40 hours, their normalized score would be half of that.

This system should really be updated to at least show the number of hours that one participated, and the normalized score once one passes the 20h threshold.

 

They're working with mindark. I've heavily suggested they make a formal post about it.

If you had taken the time to answer the pm I sent you during GR I may not have gotten mad. Maybe you should take care of the event that you placed yourself at the top of the advertisement for, instead of working on "products outside the realm". Not getting a simple reply to a pm I sent you while I spent a good amount of ped on an event being run on your planet is total BS. It's not even the prize as it is the principle. Seems there are other people with the same problem as me anyway.

I'd suggest contacting an Arkadia Official directly or writing on their forums.

Could you be so kind as to reply to my month old query regarding the results of Gold Rush 4. I believe I have a reasonable claim that the scores were incorrect, and submitted a screen shot. I do not understand why you haven't taken the time to even reply that there is a delay, or give me some indication of what is going on. If I am wrong, just send me how my score was calculated, and I will forget about it. I would just like the common courtesy of a reply. That's all.
