Welcome to Sanctuary Cove Mob Survey Greetings hunters of Arkadia. After much time away from Sanctuary Cove and the Arkadia Forum, it is high time I put some effort into reviewing the events currently running on Sanctuary Cove. Before I get to changing up the events though, I'd like your help to give me some feedback on the mobs currently on Sanctuary Cove - Specifically, the density and maturity of mobs. I would therefore be grateful if as many hunters as possible could complete this little survey. Please only choose one response from each sub area group, eg: Cyclone Point Density (too high, about right, too low). You therefore have a maximum of 8 votes, one for each response group. would love it if you could up the Kadra density and have a few more Stalkers n Prowlers roaming the area. Lotsa youngies among the big boys at the moment & a lil thinly spread. Just my 2 cents. Happy new year!
I'd very much advocate for a high density with OA - Stalker Kadras too. It'd be a good incentive for me to continue hunting them.

Is there any way you can bring back the separate spawn of big Tiarak? There are 6 areas now and 3 mobs, but Lightning Coast is empty. Or did they rob you of DNAs, too? The small Tiarak are nice, but current density causes enormous waste of time with the mission. Suggest to crank it up all the way, nobody earns money from running about.
Hi San, Thank you for your feedback, it is appreciated. I've been unsure what to do with Tiarak for a while now. In short, Tiarak are stuck at Sanctuary Shores, so I have to choose high maturity or low. At the moment it's a very even vote and the hunters I've spoken to have been 50/50 too. I may have to just run it high maturity for a few months, then low for a few months or something. Not sure. I'll see if anything can be done about the density. Lightning Coast is disappointingly empty I agree, hence my event here offering a reward to anyone who can bring me a Korwil or Oweko Brain, so I can put something in this area. I see, well that's a bummer of course. And sure what they want depends on who you ask. I don't know what's more lucrative on the other side, please mature hunters with bigger mobs or cater to those who are on the basic mission with higher density of small ones.

It's dangerous to take input purely from a poll, since there is no knowing the reasoning behind the choices people make. On the other hand it's hard to get any input at all in any other way since people are generally lazy. I would suggest perhaps reaching out to some of the high volume hunters on your LAs. I'm sure you have full knowledge on who they are. I will explain my reasoning behind my choices here. Naturally I have only voted on the ones relevant to my hunting. My main hunting area is storms keep. Being a melee hunter, as long as damage isn't too high, density will always be too low. Thus I voted that I find density too low there. I would prefer if I could hunt them without a tagger. I can see the density being perfect for ranged hunters. Cyclone point - density is about right. I can hunt low maturity kadra comfortably without a stagger most of the time. Thunder hills- density too low. I have given up on high maturity kadra cause there's too much running Thunder Ridge. I haven't voted since I dont hunt there. Once I have the armor setup I'd like I will probably go there though and I'm likely to find density too low there then. But I've disregarded voting there since it is irrelevant for me at this point
I voted to increase density but keep present maturity of Tiarak. Am as of today 8k into stage 5 and only hunt them at Sanctuary Cove due to not being able to handle higher mats. I appreciate that you cannot have 2 separate spawns so yes, maybe alternating may have to be a concession. Hopefully till then I Can carry on trying to kill them alllllllllll Grrrrrrrrrrr Emlyn
Thank you all for your comments, I appreciate the perspective and the added information. Alis, you are very correct, the poll is only one way of getting information. Comments left here are another way and chatting in game yet another way. I have spoken to a few of the hunters who churn the most mobs on Sanctuary Cove. It will probably be no surprise to know that the ladies and gents who can make that many kills in a month pretty much want as much density as they can get... which is great if you have the skills and the kit of a top hunter, but may do bad things to everyone else. I am hoping to find some sort of balance, but the sad truth is you can never please all of the people all of the time. I do very much appreciate you explaining your voting, that too is helpful. Hello Arkadians, Thank you to those who voted in this survey and to anyone I've spoken with in game or on PM's for your thoughts, feedback and suggestions. I've got a couple more people I'd like to talk to, will check to what extend density can be modified and I'll post back here what the plan will be. Hi mate, any chance of you repairing the higher maturity Kadra spawn as indicated above. It's really in a sorry state for so long now. No fun hunting there anymore and wasting a good 20 to 30% of my buff pills just running around not find anything to shoot at. Just tried the big Huon's the other day. It's not much different. Too give you an idea. Someone using A-pills...1 ped tt @ 350% MU. 15min buff for 3.50 ped. losing just over 1 ped every 15min by running around. Cheers! L.
