Hi Advisers, I have been trying to get in touch with the Planet Arkadia staff regarding the results of the last Gold Rush to no avail. It appears my score was not picked up correctly. I have posted in the event thread with a screen shot, and have also messaged Dylan@Arkadia directly, and posted to his profile. EU Support could not assist, as they said it was Planet Arkadia's responsibility, and they just closed my case. If any of you can provide me the best way to get in touch with someone who can review my results, I would really appreciate it. Regards, Dakin Garos
You have already done what you could do. The Arkadia staff regularly checks the forums, so I am guessing it is just a matter of time before they respond. I believe you are not the only one whose scores might not been picked up on. Do note, any points gathered in the Gold Rush mission acquired from the IFN terminal and not from the Gold Rush Quest Giver missions do not count.
Hi Dylan, I have been patiently waiting for a reply since your messaged me. Can you please send me a message with ANY kind of update? Regards, Dakin
I still don't understand why I haven't any reply back regarding the score for Gold Rush 4. The results for Gold Rush 5 have already come out. Something is not right!! This should not be this hard to say, yes, there was an error, or no, there wasn't and here is the calculation to show why. Dylan, PLEASE respond!!!
MindArk is the one who collect the scores and sends them to the Arkadia Studio's to be published. There is a good chance Dylan has been unable to reply to your request of investigation due to the fact he haves to wait on MindArk to do their investigation. Do note, MindArk has been slow with many things in the past, the Swedish working ethics have been rumored to be the cause.
I contacted MindArk via Support and they said it was Arkadia's responsibility to score and announce the winners of the event. They closed my support case. So I do not know which is correct. I would just like an answer, even if the answer is we don't know yet. Its much more courteous than just going dark, and leaving everyone in limbo. That shows a disregard of the issue, which is something that shouldn't be done.
Have this been resolved? Or is it still hanging in the air like other participant cases regarding wrong points?
