I have never been able to use the ANUBIS terminal to upgrade weapons. I am probably missing something obvious. Does anyone else have this problem? Here is the text of the ticket I have open: Here are the chat messages I receive when I try to access A.N.U.B.I.S. terminal: [System]: New Mission received (IFN Equipment Upgrade) [System]: Mission aborted (IFN Equipment Upgrade) Get your hands on a IFN Sergeant Access Card or higher rank and you will be able to override their "security" checks... I have an IFN Major access card. A popup comes up with 3 options: Shift Esc How to become a Sergeant Esc A banner has already displayed saying Access Denied and clicking any of the options has no effect. Thanks.
I have a staff sgt access card, just went thru the mission lines. seems to work fine for me, lets me select which weapon I would like, etc. I hope this helps them figure out whats bugged maybe just rank related or such
Do you have the card in your carried inventory? I just checked it and it worked without any problems. I also have a Major card.
I tried it on VU day with same result and also I have Major access card. Could not see offers and options as someone else posted in another thread. But seeing on forum that thing work mostly with herman and probably (L) stuff didn't bothered to check again if it work.
I choose "shift esc", this prints an interesting message in the chat window and I can then progress. At least that's how it worked on VU day.
There is a rank requirement, but you are well over that. However: The terminal will only upgrade a limited range of Herman weapons (which ones are stated in the dialogue) but another, less obvious, requirement is that they have to be full TT.
