Everyone can buy an empty makeup mask (auction). They come in two sizes (small and large), if I am not mistaken. You put on the makeup mask and apply the makeup - once you click on finished, you can no longer alter it. You can also buy makeup masks already designed by others. Putting on the makeup mask shows the design on your face. You need a beautician if you want to change body and/or facial features for good. But makeup can be applied by everyone on a makeup mask.
