If you are interested, I make you the following public offer: trading my apartment (Sanctuary Cove, top floor so roof included) for your newly won apartment (not asking any money difference, not willing to pay any money difference).

I think is a fair offer since both apartment types have their pros and cons (yours has the rarity, the fact that is a lone building and the fact that is in a military base which is nice for someone who is into military like me; while mine has the top floor - which means you can keep the apartment private and still have the roof public for a shopkeeper, a beauty saloon or a party, the better inner organization (more spacious) and the amazing view).

If you prefer a cash offer (2,000 PED) please let me know and that could also be arranged, since I already have a 2k+ offer on my own apartment.

can you add there more detailed info about points
because it looks like the guy in first place for event level 1 got 4 times 5000 points every hour
if he have 19+k points per hour looks like he is admin
because for me it was giving mostly 5 - 10 points and only 2 times per about 30 hours 1000 points
spent on event about 200+ eur and its like I bought the 1st place reward

you are misinterpreting the results a little. The normalised score is (20/totalhours) * totalpoints So heidi scored approximately 975 points/hr.

Does that make sense?
