when I try and log in it fails and I get this message on the entropia log in screen after putting in my use name, password, and hitting log in "An Internal Error has occurred. Please try to login again in a few minutes. If the problem persists, please contact planet support for assistance." I've ran repair, sent a ticket in, and rebooted my pc. When I logged out I was semi-forced to log out because I got stuck in space near ark sphere, just kept rubber banding me in my quad, so I figured I should log out and back in to just respawn, and well this is what happened lol Any idea's aside from wait for support? we all know how MA loves to take their sweet time
you send a support ticket to relocate you to ark SS? then i guess you have to wait. OR... give me your username and password and i´ll try to log in for you
I've been stuck in space and on different planets. Every time nothing I did could get me back ingame. But a request to support to move my avatar solved the issues, and made it possible to login again. Though you have to ask for it specifically, or else you get a long series of 'have you tried this already?' replies. Might be worth a try. GL

In the clinet options clear shader cache and repair install. you might find that things improove after monday evening - there is a robot event on caly and this is using instances and instances / space are on the same servers and so this might be having some effect.

I also got stuck in space. still can't log in. been stuck since Friday evening. I put in a ticket as soon as it happened, still no reply : (
Has anyone else noticed that MA don't seem to care about us? I've been stuck in "deep space" near Ark for over a week, put a Ticket in within an hour of it happening, and here it is 8 days later, and I still can't log in, and no one has replied or even touched my ticket except me... I get that migration is running on Caly, but still, they should at least task 1 or 2 people to watch everything ELSE during that time...
