How to change attitude to an other soc...

Anyone know how i can change the attitude to other societys?
I can see in the socterminal "Our attitude towards this society: friendly". But there are things set that no one knows about so old are they.
So I would like to update it. But cant find a way how to do this.

 

I know I've done it a few years ago and it wasn't difficult to find. I vaguely recall it was as simple as clicking the left smiley face after searching for a soc, but I tried it now and it doesn't work Maybe it got bugged and no one noticed? Not that this feature ever actually did anything...

Also checked and seems function is disabled. Sent support case

We are looking into the Society system and the current issues, it seems that this feature is currently unavailable but as stated it is being looked into.
