I've been around the block as far as EU, and have begun on Arkadia.
I'm a hopeful crafter, but don't have much prior experience on the profession.
Basically, I'm trying to figure out the ideal blueprints to skill on.

I've come across a few that I favor, but I'd like some input from the more experienced.
I've found comfort/success in the following:

    - Basic Filters(obviously)
    - Basic Processors
    - Long Screws

I'm just curious as to other blueprints I might find skilling success in. Much obliged.

I think you will have problems selling low level crafted components on Arkadia so be prepared to TT what you make. I started crafting using ingredients I had looted that I thought I would not be able to easily sell. eg basic hides -> generic leather texture. I also made clothes, added texture and paints to them and then TT'd the result. Similarly I made oiled woods and screws, turned those into furniture that I textured, painted and TT'd (some I was able to sell for MU).

From what I have read, one of the most cost effective ways to skill up in crafting is to repair on a mothership or privateer until you unlock blueprint comprehension.

It's maybe an idea to start skilling VSE via repairing vehicles or mothership. Here you go for skills like Vehicle structural engineer, vehicle repair, mechanics, electronics, engineering. As well you get skillgains in intelligence and serendipity.
At level 10 of a engineer prof you get additional new skill blueprint comprehension.
Blueprint comprehension is after unlock also skilled by repairing stuff.

Further on, you can go along with a vehicle BP and craft those, as you maybe lucky and get a (L) vehicle blueprint to sell.
I did some good on my rubber lists BP on QR 68 in meanwehile :D (rubber lists not really sellable unless TT)
One click is like TT 43 pec i think using aliences, lysterium and zinc.

On the other hand there are small clickbps like 7-16 pecs on small components where MU goes here and there between 115% and 130% like basic sensors/processors (electro comps) when i recall right.

    Greetings
