Lol I find it hilarious that someone would make a post with just an image, and do it in the worst possible graphics...
It was discovery - look date - it was on Sep 29, 2015. Posted to provoke players to find it so ofc no spoils. Original image was made with - General Graphics Quality - Very High - Windowed Resolution - 1680x1050x32 - bit depth - 24 - about 96 DPI - file length over 5.12 MB As many forums have file length upload restrictions - original image was reduced in JPG format with only 272 KB length.
