    * I personally don't think "noob" is a bad word, I am still noobish in a lot of EU professions myself.

Here I will post every time a beginner did a job for me.

In generla yes. But I don't take everyone, as there are too many skammers out there (wich is stupid: you make more profit if I pay a beginner 100 runs than if he runs away after the first run).

The hard part is: you need to find me. I will NOT make any fixed dates/timings when I am where, as I want to play and not to wait :).

PEDs stands for Project Entropia Dollars, the ingame currency (PECs is the cents basically) and TT stands for Trade Terminal, the console where you can buy beginning items and ammo etc, and sell anything that you don't want to put on auctions (things with mark up value that might get you more Ped). The TT as well as auctions etc are explained fully by the start up area NPCs. Welcome to Arkadia :)

    @éƒ èŠ®é“¨ :
As I said above: that is the diffcult part. I don#t have specific times when I am online and I don't want to plan ahead. Ask other players, if they have me on FL (friend list). If they have, they could contact me. But as you ask others for help, ask friendly :).

    swaith :
I give someone 50 PEDs. He buys survey probes which he needs to mine for resources. So he spent 50 PEDs. When he finds something, it has a specific TT value. That means: he finds a resource. He extracts it and in the end he has, as example, some Banite stones. They have a value of, let's say, 10 PEDs.

If the miner goes to a trade terminal (TT), he can throw the stones into it. The TT gives him 10 PEDs.

But a lot players need the Banite stones for crafting. They will give you more than 10 PEDs, for example they might give you 17 PEDs. This means: the Banite stones the miner found has:
    - a TT of 10 PEDs
    - a MU (markup) of 170% = 7 PEDs
    - a total value in game if sold of 17 PEDs.

Hope this makes it a little more clear?

crystal my man, thats an interesting system :D is the 50 PED down payment repetative or is their a return on it? like how many times can they use the gear before they need to renew-replace it?

it#s really bad that we can't meet in game, would do a lot things more clear.

The 50 PEDs are not a payment. The ppl I hired use my 50 PEDs to buy equipment so to say. Then they return everything they find to me. If it's less than 50 PEDs worth, I lost money. If it's more than 50 PEDs, I will give a tip. if they global (get a special find so to say) they get 5% of it, no matter if profit or not.

I pay all decay on tools on top of that, but that's maybe 1-2 PEDs per run. Most miners don't even ask for this, because they gain skills while I pay their stuff, so for most of them it's fine.

sounds really good, well if my account gets unlocked i may hunt you down for some action on that, you have a great system running there - why dont you make a guild/clan whatever the equivalent is here and set it up on the basis above, seems like you have a great method to train people and make a good profit (possibly) from it at the same time

In the long run you don't make profit if you hire noobs. I just try to make my losses low and safe time.

I am in the soc Irken Invaders and will not form an own soc (soc = society).

Keeping the losses low is good, but I don't necessarily agree. It's likely but a customer I work for and done a total of 13 mining runs for (the first few @50 ped each, then 100) is now at a total of +319.44TT(!) profit.
But of course it's not to be expected. Just saying :D
