i was very surprised you gents dont allow paypall transactions id really rather not have this appear directly on my bank statement if possible and paypall is nice vague about spendings on my statements, any wiggle room on buying PED this way? like could the CEO pm me their paypall details for PED or some such? id feel much safer using it as i havent used any of the others. i want to make a deposit of £20 or $32 based on present conversions is this possible or am i nailed down to credit card only? alright i notice there are % charges for handling transactions =/ is that the reason?
This falls under the category of MindArk. They deal with all depositing and the likes. They are based out of Sweden which is why there isn't an option for Paypal. I wish they would include in the future, more North Americans would be able to deposit this way. Maybe send in a support case to Mindark?
its odd because they cant take money until i move to a planet so the wallet must be specific to that plant/company, can i simply have somone sell me ingam ped and il pay them after via paypall? or does that break the eula or some such rule?

Any additional fees incurred during a deposit or withdrawl are not going to Mindark, but rather the financial institutions or method(see Visa). Credit Card users are dinged 3.5% on deposits b/c that's what Visa charges vendors to use their service. If you're in the UK, I believe there are several indirect payment methods available, if discretion is your goal.

Not sure, maybe a planet partner can ask MA to add a PayPall option? And as mentioned, you alway's can shoot a support case to MA. As RochChick say's, UKash might be a option for you. Paypall is avaible via PaybyCash http://www.paybycash.com/options/index.php So click on pay by cash and then deposit via PayPall So not needed to get implemented ... It is already here
damn wish id seen this, doesnt matter anyway i must have the fastest locked character ever, made a deposit bought two things BAM lockdown, exactly what i said would happen if i opened another account (well i crashed first and flew thru a wall, the floor and rubberbanded back where i was but i dout that had anything to do with it)
paypall is no less secure then a credit card transaction, it also has buyer and seller protection and insurance to cover fraud, there is no possible to scam somone on it unless they happen to ignore their bank statement for well over a month, filing a dispute gets you your money back if the dispute is ignored, it gets you the money back if you can prove what you are saying is true and various other easy to provide proofs that can get you your money back. if i pay for something on card and call my bank my account gets frozen i lose access to my cash and it takes forever for the fraud to be proven. paypall----- its so much easier, and some of these pay cards... i mean how secure is a voucher? iv never heard of paypall accounts going missing....
Interesting. Why people don't use a paypal debit card to deposit (has visa logo) i never understand. From my understanding that should work.
Anywhere you use a debit or credit card the merchant will incure a cost from the payment provider. I don't know the exact % or amount, but the charge goes unseen because its usually added to the cost of whatever you buy. In this case you see 1.5% I believe of a charge from the payment provider (DIBS I think). I agree it does suck. The only way I think you can avoid any fee for depo is a bank transfer.
