Hey that sounds great... am I reading it correctly - paypal withdrawals (at least for USA) carry no fees at all?

That's the way I read it. Transferring money within the US doesn't incur any PayPal fee, but usually they do on an international transfer. I guess this means no more waiting 90 days for a bank wire?

Keep in mind the wording, it implies that this is only for those who already have a withdrawal request in. It does not claim that PayPal withdrawals will be available for all.

I think it kind of does. They are just giving those that have requested a heads up. It makes sense to use PayPal. Personally I don't know why they haven't always done it this way, but who knows. :biggrin2:

Hmm, you could be right, just never know with these guys. And yea PayPal withdrawals have been needed for years, I hope it sticks around. I also hope they lower the limit on PayPal withdrawals but I doubt that will ever happen lol.

Now if someone like CoinBase would come along and get them to accept Bitcoin...

I'm not sure if no fees assumption is warranted. Won't MA be paying from Sweden?

It depends. I would assume that a company with important customer base in the US would hold an account there, or at an international bank that especially caters to such businesses. Citibank or HSBC e.g. can do intl. transfers internally. Paypal also handles that gracefully, but hides most of their earnings in a bad conversion rate. With PED to USD fixed, that shouldn't be an issue in this case though.
