sadly this is true for the most part. .. even more true in some places on this planet. I suspect this will change sooner than we might think!
I was getting alot of the other resources up til earlt this morning. Now 99.9% of the finds are lyst or NRF. Don't know what happened all of a sudden but hope it gets sorted out. No mining til it gets fixed I guess. -Bemo-

It's funny, but it's also true. I really love the vast amounts of open land on Arkadia...it makes for great mining. But pulling up a V Lyst or V Oil on literally every find is wearing on me. Even some of the new ores and enmats have low markup (under 10%) so those are basically the same thing. That combined with higher amp markups, less buyers of materials, and non-linked storage to calypso... I've spent about a week here. Might be time to head home. Was fun though.
I actually noticed the same thing. I think our time periods might be different, but the first day I got here I found several new ores and enmats, and was generally very happy with my returns. Ever since that first day, it has been nonstop lyst/oil/NRF. Hmmmmm... EDIT: Instant Karma? Couple bombs after this post, I just hit an XII Kaz. That is definitely the biggest non-calypso ore claim yet. w00t!

Well I just dropped 50 ped worth of probes using different finders. All were NRF. I'm so disgusted atm. Hunting loot is so bad there hasn't been a day on profit at all and that is without counting the huge decay bill here on armour. Damn lol this place has nothing to offer at all it seems Been here since day 1
Hi Lucky... that is more than wierd. I am here since day one and have the same TT returns as on Calypso. I am around level 20. I paid two noobs today to mine, 100 PEDs on, 50 PEds the other, returns were lower but still they found a lot more than you. Where did you drop the 50 probes?
That's totally absurd, sorry to hear Lucky ??, i've been mining and helping others around, everyone doing better here than on other places so far, won't mind giving you a few pointers if i meet u ingame, or feel free to PM me here i keep this window beside Arkadia planet view at most times, do let us know what finder/skills/area u'r doing.
Maybe just bad timing, I just had a rather poor run as well - ore, at least. Not ALL nrf though. Few claims in the beginning and at the end, but the whole middle section was something like 18 nrf - III Hebre - 16 nrf. (not sure exactly, I lost count at some point) Enmat was fine though, hitrate-wise. It just happens sometimes. But yeah, nothing at all for 50 ped worth of probes is ouch.
Well i came over with 3.5k bombs and amps, and when they are finished if there is still lyst everywhere, i think i will head back to calypso. Its just too much for poor little old me. And kinda takes away the whole point of using a maxed vrx3k I will visit again, when 90% of the lyst is taken out, or at least removed from some mining areas Wishing everyone all the best Rgds Ace
