    Just a quick poll as find this stuff interesting.

    Mine was caly way way back when new islands and the space resort had just been sold 2005 / 2006! Remember getting one of the first flights up to cnd too and back in those days that took time to find a pilot and blew a lot of peds on that trip.

    Way good fun though :) right now been able to logon to acccount.

    1. I'm born in 2006 on Calypso, well it was only that then. And after 2 month of playing my caracter slept untill 2014, yeah i know long time before return, but the age was a factor of it. Anyway now my new home is Arkadia :banana:

    I'm in the same boat as HaKuRa, back then we didn't really have a choice in the matter lol.

    Edit: Since others are giving the year, I've been around since year one.

    Born in Calypso in 2007, i dont play much this days but i like Arkadia it is a nice change after many years in Calypso.

    I find it kinda depressing how many calypso born players there are, seems it's a bout time arkadia starts advertising more.

    There are actually quite a lot of new players generated by Arkadia.
    However, it's the Calypso people who are older, know about the forums and the specific in-game value of having a forum account and what reputation and friends gained there can do for you.

    New players (especially younger new players), don't understand this aspect of the game yet.

    I wonder if it might be worth getting the Ark team to put an extra piece in their Player Introduction to EU which specifically highlights the forums and points new people at them.

    December 2005 @ Cape Corinth - about 1 week after Deathifier purchased Treasure Island ... HA! the real treasure hunting is done on Ark ;)

    I couldn't remember if I was "born" in November or December 2005, but it was after Treasure Island was sold, so I guess it must have been December. Apparently most people spawned at Port Atlantis then, but I started at Fort Argus - didn't even know Port Atlantis existed for a month or so.

    Deathy bought TI in '04....it was the article that I read that lead me here. Neverdie bought CND in '05....so you two are probably older than you realise :biggrin2:

    Well, the way I remembered it was that TI had been sold about a year before I joined, but I just assumed I was remembering wrong. Now that you mention it, I'm pretty sure an article about CND being sold was what led me to check out EU (or PE as I keep wanting to call it) in the first place. It was definitely 2005 for me, though, still just not sure if it was Nov/Dec.
