I have noticed that I can see crosshairs (the circle, not the cross you get when in aim mode) whether I'm in first person or 3rd person while flying my quad. But I cannot get crosshairs to show for my wife's avatar except in first person mode. (I'm not talking about OTS mode, since that isn't applicable for vehicles). Has anyone noticed that they can't get crosshairs in a quad in 3rd person view? I wonder if it has something to do with pilot skills as i can't think what else might make the difference. Anyone have any insights into what is the difference between our avatars?
Do you have any weapons attached as if you have some then the pilot with Laser will get them. you need to have the lazer weapon cells on you for pilot / BLP for passenger Cant remember the name of the attached weapon but there is a pilot one and a passenger one and the cross hairs come up if you have the right ammo on you.
