    An idea. I know you can place items and lock them anywhere in the sky. Why not design a set of apartments that float above Celeste Harbour? Glass floors, would be very cool.

    I recall, in a recent radio interview, there was mention the A-Team was thinking about making a high elevation floating platform for people traveling to and from space, and that they wanted it to be more than a teleporter on a flat sheet of metal. *IF* something like this is ever conceived - and I doubt it's high on the wish list -, it may be the place to stick the first few floating apartments on.

    howabout just making some apartments available? I have been waiting for 1 to come onto auction, not even any with high price, none available, are we all homeless?
