    Arkadia Underground Deeds (AUDs)
    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

    Q:
How do I get to the underground?
    A:
You can travel to the underground using any Teleporter on Arkadia. On the top of the teleport map is a dropdown list showing your current location. Click on the dropdown list and select Arkadia Underground from the list and then select the underground Teleporter.

Q: How do I buy Deeds?

A: In order to buy the Arkadia underground deeds you have to login to the Entropia Universe website (www.entropiauniverse.com) and go to the webshop. You can ONLY buy Arkadia Underground Deeds for there now.

Q: How do I check the actual payout of any deeds I own?

A: Open your inventory, go to the "Money and Deeds" tab, right-click your PEDCard and select "PED Flow Center", then select the "Land Area Income". Here you can view and transfer the income to your ped card at any time. Alternatively, right-click your screen and go to the "PED Flow Centre".

Is there any way you guys could update this faq once a week indicating how many deeds have been sold thus far so we have an idea of how many are still availabe that haven't been sold yet?

    appreciate the reply, thanks :)

my problem was that I bought them one day and there was no landarea income option to view in ped flow center, but by the time I read your post and checked the next day that option was now available

From what I've seen, it takes a day for the "landarea" option to show up in the PED Flow Center after you buy deeds.

yep, the "option" doesn't show until the first payment has actually been made to your account. Same thing happened with CLDs and shop income

I can confirm that since it did take a day to show up for me.

I got a question of a bit more long term perspective.

What happens to AUDs on locked, banned, deleted due to inactivity accounts?

Do they go back to ark devs?, then the ark devs decide what to do with them?

Do they goto MA and they decide what to do with them?

Do they go into the AH?

What about all the ped collected on those deeds while the account is locked/inactive/etc?

Do I understand this correctly that a deed is something similar to a contract that will generate a passive income from whatever goes on in the underground?
Or do a deed owner get an actual piece of land to maintain (taxes, mobs etc)?

The first one. Arkadia Underground is managed by Arkadia team. Hunting and mining activities are taxed (5%) and this tax is divided among ark underground deed holders.

There is a minimum amount of PED that must be collected in the Underground per day in order to pay out deed holders. If this minimum is not reached on a particular day, the amount is carried over to the next day and no payout is made.

or to put it another way... the minimum the deeds can pay out is one pec per deed in existence. Since there is no such thing as a smaller denomination of ped than the pec, they cannot pay out that small percentage... Would be interesting if they did make a denomination smaller than that though since the micro-transactions do exist in game, and there is obviously items worth less than a pec such as sweat, etc.
