I just had a payout earlier but couldnt remember my exact # of aud at the time so it is 'roughly' 0.0109ped per deed. I believe the payout is based daily so its pretty good for 1/2 of a day.
As for investing in it? A definite yes due to low cost, i can buy as many as i want whenever i have spare peds.

If that's a half day return then you are looking at around 6 years to get your 50 ped back

idk many RL "heavy" shares (call'em bluechips) having better ROI than CLD's or AUD's..
As an invstement and not a "risking" offensive speculation.
    At least in my country.

That's a good return for a passive investment, though we aren't really able to assume that current activity levels will be generally typical. You can do better with an actively managed investment (eg normal land area, shop, etc.) My biggest concern is whether the deed owners can get together to promote the LA. For a typical LA I might run some events or pay for some advertising. But when I own only a few %, is it really in my interests to bear the full costs of some promotional activity when I only see a fraction of the benefit?

My calculations are at exactly 1 pec per deed (i guess they don't pay fractions, but save them for the next day).
At current prices the ROI seems to be half that of a CLD. Off course yesterday was a VU day so some time lost for that, but popularity will decrease for the next few weeks.

    Hi,

    You got a payout?
How the payout works and how often we'll get a payout?

    Bye,

I think payouts will be daily (after 00.00 EUT)
    first was 0.01/deed

So you need 13 years to get your money back. But this is new place I guess it will start making more then 1 pec soon.

Rightclick on your ped card in your inventory, there you can open a screen (ped flow centre?) that shows you your income, and from there you can put the peds on your card.

try 91 ammo cells in the TT, if it goes up 1 pec, it's applied the fractions. If not, there will be many many small-volume deed holders losing to fractions.

During relocations I always tt the odds and ends I don't intend to hoard into 1 stack, oftentimes there is a few extra mPec already on my card.

I think the fractions are there .. but not represented by numbers .. so i doubt anyone will lose anything

Payout was 3 pecs today.. in line with (or even better than) clds. If it stay on 3 pecs then:

    3 pecs x 7 days x 20 deeds (original cld 1000 ped) = 4.20 ped per week

nice. I'm going to start a thread so we can keep track of the deeds and make a spreadsheet like I did for my CLDs.

I did some playing around with fractions of pecs and the ped flow center. I emptied out my entire ped card by extracting all but one pec then buying the max amount of ammo I could. (Actually I think this could leave up to .00009 ped on it but I can't think how to remove the last digit.) The amounts received from the AUDs were both exact ped amounts.

Off topic, but I also tested buying stuff from my shopkeeper to discover that if you sell 10134 ammo (1.0134 ped) at a markup of 1.00 ped, it is actually not a markup of 1.00 ped, because it rounds the TT value down to the nearest pec. So someone buying that stack will pay exactly 2.01 ped, not 2.0134 ped (plus fee). This was to test if the ped flow center payments from shops can contain fractions of pecs, but turns out that shops appear to remove fractional pecs completely.

Yep i concur here, we run into the same rounding problem every so often with ith material purchases etc from auction as well. Every so often we find a rounding error in our numbers due to all the fractions through the system. I agree that its something that need clearing up.

isn't 3 pec too much, like you get your money back in 6 months, or I am calculating wrong

You're calculating wrong. 0.03(peds) * 7(days) * 4(weeks) = 0.84ped/month as you see that number is no where near to 50ped if you multiply it by 6.

edit: the calculation is made for 1 deed so as to not confuse people.

Yeah I am mixing 5 ped with 5$
0,84 * 6 is 5,04 but this is in PED not in $
so around 5 years to return your money
