completed the tutorial but im unable to use the dropshipIm asked to confirm my identity and appearance which I click on the green tick and then nothing happens apart from the screen focusing out and back again.an error message pops up saying theres an internal error and im still stuck on the space station. anyone able to suggest what the problem could be? just installed the game and not a great start
We are currently experiencing problems with the game servers due to a big version update last week. They're working on the problem and it should be back to normal again soon (next couple of days I expect). Also, it's a good idea to always run "repair" after downloading entropia and after updates (client loader > tools > repair).
Hi Aunmyr, I don't know if you are already unstuck, but I just wanted to offer you my sympathies. Being stuck in the start room is my only area of expertise, so I know how frustrating it can be. If you get the message "The operation failed due to an internal error", then you probably have the same error as another starter in the Calypso start room reported. So it's not just this local start room / server. According to the responses, it's most likely caused by a server problem, due to the big VU that Neil mentioned. Hopefully that's the pop up message you got, as it seems to be reasonably easy to fix. By trying again at different times, to see if the server is back up.
