Hey everyone. I'm JesterEric and new to Arkadia. I was flipping though a copy of "PC Gamer" and saw a little article about "Planet Arkadia" and thought I'd look into it, 5 hours later I installed the game and... while do to moving arrangements, I'm stuck with a poopie 5 year old laptop, I'm increasingly excited to get my hands on my Super PC to see what this game has to offer. Still debating on what profession I'm going to take first. Oh and because I'm shameless I'm also a part-time (bad) YouTuber. Welcome Eric, but by leaving EU I hope you mean the rl version(based on the timezone Mordrell said) and not virtual one Edit: virtual EU, Entropia Universe where Planet Arkadia is located. As for mentors there is a mentoring section too here on forum if you don't take up Mordrell on his offer

EU = Entropia Universe of which Arkadia is a part of Welcome to the game (and to the US) Hope you enjoy it as much as I have. Things to consider starting out, This is a game played in years, not in weeks or months. Do your homework and enjoy the pace. Make friends and business contacts. The game is a very fancy wrapper around an economics simulation, approach it as such and you will do well. On the other hand though, If you approach it like a traditional mmorpg then you will suffer disappointment and high costs.
Haha, ye EU is short for Entropia Universe Anyway I do play at all times as I often work night shifts so I am on during US times as well ... encase you're interested in Mentorship still. As Narfi said you play Entropia for years not weeks or months like other games, so its best to take your time and more importantly enjoy your first few months. For many their most fond memories are of when they first started playing and exploring the game, and there is A LOT to explore
welcome to Arkadia! the best thing is if you dont like one profession you can start another or all of them at once. I recomend just taking your time explore get some free skills from sweating creatures for there sweat before you start anything. Entropia Universe is massive takes some time to learn.
