Sorry I must have got confused when you wrote "The problem is that each newbie (or several newbies) can pass the Aakas mission level 1 or 2. As a result, he gets 5-10-20-30 PED of Arkoins and after three mission gets gloves that make it practically invulnerable! After little grinding he can complete full armor set."

I don't think you need to sell armour parts at 190% to profit on Yuka and Scoria (who also drop perseus). But I think we will probably see them disappear from the broker once all the bps have dropped. I dont think hunters can keep the market adequately supplied on their own and if there if there is not enough high level armour available, that impacts the amount of high level hunting that is done. IMO the current arrangement is good for the economy just at the moment.

    Regards,
    KikkiJikki

I do not get Perseus in each Yuka hunt, after which the remains 700-750 of 1,000 PED . No extra charge will not be able to compensate for this, even in 190% MU from 100 PED TT!
Instead Aakas, which is more profitable

Do not think that I'm complaining, no. I am happy with everything! But I think the Perseus as a reward for completing low-level Aakas missions inadequate and interfere with hunters and crafters :)
And above I justified my point of view. Thank you that you have read and understood.

That was the whole Idea behind L gear. Is the illusion of its eco. With UL gear the person actually sees the cost to hunt in it every run. With L gear you see the decay but you have no real sense of how much it is as you forget that part of it because it goes to the back of your mind not having to repair every hunt to stay efficient. Like L weapons and tools with their effective levels.. their Levels. yes you can use X item at X level.. but you are not really effective with it until 5 to 7 levels above the max suggested level by MA. But back to original posting regarding the vendors having limits.. If people kept up with the growth of Arkadia it was stated the limited quantities in the vendors was for controlling the number of items in game so it can keep stable the relative value by not flooding the markets like on Caly. It also gives them the ability to change the items offered from time to time with no reprogramming to do.

So don't forget. I use a mix of L and UNL gear and take MU into account when calculating dpp or effective decay. It's not that hard.

This probably makes the most logical sense on the face of it, but you have to remember the different personalities of the people involved in implementing changes.

The A-Team seems to have an under-promise over-deliver mind set where they follow through on what they say they will do - and they do it as well as they can.

    MindArk . . . doesn't.

From previous posts it sounds like the A-Team has very limited control of loots ect. They do (probably) have fully control over the brokers. . . at least when MA doesn't go months without implementing a Planet Partner update. I like the broker as a work around to some of the limitations they are required to work with.

Can we get T-shirts in-game that say this....with the first line on the front and the other on the back? Priceless... ;)

When I first saw the stats on this armor I was shocked that MA had let Ark have something so nice, and something that will obviously be sought after by player from all planets. Then I see that it is craftable and lootable, and actually available for sale at decent MU compared to equivalent Caly armors. After reading this post I find that it is also available from the broker, which is incredible. Arkoins used to buy stuff we actually want?!? What a great concept! I've never been to see the arkoin broker, so yes I've been living under a rock. :D Anyhow, I think this is a huge blessing to all of us to have such an armor available to us, in whatever manner you obtain it. I have long complained that there is a lack of good armor in EU. The progress to skill up and be able to take on ever larger mobs is severely limited by the fact that "good" armor is so hard to come by, but more so that it is ridiculously high priced. I should not have to depo $10k for armor just to hunt the next-level-up mob, when the previous set of armor cost a tenth of that or less even. This leads to a whole heap of low-mid or mid level players that are forced to hunt the same damn mobs over and over, with the only hope of moving up, that they gain enough HP to compensate for poor armor. I don't think that its very fair for the already high level hunters to expect that the up-and-comers should have to grind low level mobs endlessly, this inevitably makes for a lot of bored players who eventually quit the game or at least take a nice long break from it.
I can't wait to get myself a set of this stuff, and can only pray that by the time I come up with the ped, the availability and price hasn't been ruined by bitter high level folks or greedy resellers. Just my 2 pecs.

Well, the Blueprints for Perseus (and Pegasus) have started to drop finally and SFE have started to collect them.

(DISCLAIMER: The following is a shameless plug ;))

When we have access to the full set, we will release them to the community and they will be consistently available from our shops at a fair market price based on what they will cost us to craft. Its the same policy we have been operating under since we started back in 2006 (7 years ago!). If you want to know more about us, follow the link in my signature below. :D

    (/DISCLAIMER)

There are also other crafters around, KikkiJikki for instance, who work on a very similar basis and principle to ours, so rest assured that IF/WHEN Perseus is removed from the Arkoin Broker then you will still be able to get it if and when you want it.
