^^ Relevant quote someone made at the quarry. Anyways... I sincerely apologize for all the crashes on Ark a few hours ago. It took me a while just to realize that it really was me causing the crashes. It turns out I had looted a BP (there's no discovery in the system for it yet, I guess because it's bugged), and apparently when it's in my inventory and I try to enter the crafting terminal, it crashes my game and random other avatars around me (maybe on same server?). Support case has been sent, Ark devs have been notified, and the offending BP has currently been exiled to Next Island where it will live a monastic life among the monkeys and wild boar. I don't see any reason for not naming the BP, as I suppose the potential benefits outweigh the potential for abuse. The BP is GYRO Combat Fap-30 (L) BP (note, it's the UL version; the L version seems to work ok). If you loot this BP, DO NOT ENTER THE CRAFTING TERMINAL until you stick the BP in a spawned vehicle or another planet's storage, or trade it to someone who's not crafting. You will crash and you will crash other players.
thank you very much for the warning, guess I can close my support case hehe but if you would put it in your apartment it's the same as in a spawned vehicle it wont be read by the crafting machine. (which is why I have a couple of urns with stuff in mine)
There are no crafting terminals on space servers. Closest you get is cp/foma and howling mine, but all of them are on servers separate from any of the 'fly in space' servers.
