Question: Does the Key need to be in mint condition?

I made like five #1 keys but their worth wa only 5 peds so I TT'd them and bought a key for 22 peds. but I see keys for sale not in top condition. so will they work of not at full condition?

Also, when crafting L items, you can add the appropriate residue to the crafting and it will bring the TT value of the item up to full. As Jenny said, with UL items, you just throw them in the repair terminal pay ped to bring them to full TT (cheaper than adding residue).

Keys are sold in low-TT state (unrepaired) because otherwise the crafter would have to tie up a lot of ped unnecessarily.
