Hi, So latly some BP's that is long awaited has finally started to drop. I was lucky to catch UL bp for hotfoot 25 and rage 15. Problem tho is that in hotfoot25 BP for example i need 10x halix tails per click. I talked with a guy that did halix mission and just finished the stage 4 (4800) after the introduction of the new animal parts and yet he didnt loot 1 tail. I checked most new BP's thats discoverd and they all use new stuff thats not even game yet or extremly rare and make's the BP's almost usless. any word from arkadia team here ? this animal parts needs to be ajusted to more common. Personally I dont understand why theres a need to add more animal parts when there are tons of is nothing but TT fodder is carabok fur, rip tor tail. Almost all of them has next to nothing in sale since being added in loot last year. I hope these newly added parts wont another TT fodder later.
I would love to see less new parts along with more things that increase demand for existing parts. Same for treasures, ores, enmatters, etc.
Most of those items already have a bp they are used in, mainly clothes. Unfortunately, clothing has a low turn over rate, and as such the components have a low MU. These new components are basically arks version of generic components. MA refused to drop/made the drop very rare on mid-high level bps. With the addition of these new components it gives them more control over bp output to allow them to drop the bps. I have very mixed feelings about this. Its good that miners and hunters have more items to sell. Its bad that there is more junk in loot that means more stuff sitting in storage till you have enough to auction/find a buyer for. Its bad that bp output is directly tied to mining/hunting population. Its good that the higher end stuff now finally has bps to craft, driving up MU for many of the materials set aside for the higher level bps (ie zulax) We shall see how it goes. I trust ark to do their best, but I'm terrified of the way MA insists on sinking their claws into every little thing.
I got a Halix Tail in my storage, and I hereby promise that those I loot will not be TT'ed.. (not that they matter much on the pedcard anyways with their TT)
I think all the new BPs' new item ingredient have very exceptionally low drop rate. Bodai dust, Oro skull, etc. I think that's the way it is now until the automated loot system does some rearranging/re-formulating of the loot pool droprate. Also, some old existing stuff are going to have MU now like Zulax!! WOOT FOR ZULAX
