adviser please help. iam new in this game, i read in web site, is interesting look like amazing game, but register n download tyhe client game, i cant login in my accoun in client, after i type user n password, lust conection and outorization, after that jast loding in long time... 10-15 minit then, no conection n contact administrator, please help. inthat time i can open web n other site,, n my conection is 2Mbps/second thank regrad arman
Not sure if this is still a relevant piece of advice, but try going into the options and dropping your connection speed down a step at a time until you have success. Sometimes it will lose connection anyway, but will connect after a couple of attempts.
Sometimes it takes 1 go to login, sometimes it takes 5-10 goes to login. Those messages you are receiving we all get. Just keep trying until you log in. It will even tell you that your avatar is already logged in and wait 1 min, just wait 1 min and try again. You may have caught a busy period or server back up time or something.
Yep dropping it down just like you said - I have to play on 1.5mbps even though my connection is much fatter than that

Sounds to me like you haven't downloaded the full client, you've just got the start area. The start area (Genesis?) is a separate download to each of the planets. By default the planets will all have to be downloaded separately and it will take a while so you might as well take your time making your avatar and exploring the start area and learning all you can before moving to your planet of choice. If you also go into the tools option in the clientloader you can prioritize which planets content gets downloaded first or even stop it from downloading certain planets stuff if you have no intention of going there (like i have) as this will save you a huge amount of download quota for starters and also hard-disk space too if that is an issue for you.
When you first download the client, it's a good idea to repair your installation. In the client window, choose "tools" then repair. I'm not sure if that's related to your problem, but it won't hurt and it might help.
for downloading, i preoritas for planet arkadia 6GB right? so ilook in too folder for instaling same size 6GB, for download.. whether it should be all the files need to be downloaded? or just planet arkadia? if all be downloaded so need 25-30GB
Are you saying that it went through the scanning process and found nothing to repair? (that process takes several minutes) Another thing to try is to restart your computer and router try logging in again.
