You should already have "regular user access" as you are able to post. Have a look here for instructions on uploading images to your posts. If you still can't do it, let us know and we'll look into it more.
I follow the tutorial but dont have the option to upload anything, just a box for the url. I have to use external host and paste url?
yes you can do it that way but there should be 2 tabs when you click the insert image button when posting. One that says "From computer" and the other should say "From URL". I'm just checking your account now to see if there's anything that should be stopping you. EDIT: Well you were in the new users group as you've made less than 6 posts, so I've moved you into the registered users group as you are obviously not a spambot. See if that fixes things. If not let me know. Bare in mind that till you make 6 posts, any post you make with a url link in it will get auto moderated into the mod queue and will have to be manually approved by one of us, but generally you won't notice as we jump on them pretty quick most of the time.
