Estates Stuff on walls is now missing

I placed 2 signs and a green display panel on the wall of freinds apartment (Celeste Harbour North Building 12 Floor 4) I am borrowing and now the signs and display panel are not showing up.

I checked the EU inventory and it says that I still own them and they are in the estate but they are not on the walls anymore. I noticed this after the update this week.

 

I have the same issue. In making the one odd wall usable they must have shifted the room boundaries a tad. I have three display panels that I can't see. I can see the items on the panels, although they are partially in the wall. There's no sign of the panels....no health bar, nothin'. On another wall I had plasma sign set up like a tv (with my reindeer sign above it)........its disappeared into the wall. My bedroom setup upstairs was partially in the wall. Its nice to be able to use the previously un-usable wall, but I'd kinda like my stuff back, please.

Hi guys,

I will ask MA to recover the items to your inventory, If you can give the names of what exactly is invisible they wont need to move everything in the apartment back to inventory.

Thanks for getting back so quick. It looks like they'll have to do this for a lot of folks. I checked out several other apts and they all have something at least partially imbedded in a wall.

 

Yup...Missing stuffs....But if you can see it, you can "pickup/place" and reposition and it'll be back to normal.
I haven't been able to "glitch" into a wall to be able to "see" any invisible items yet, but i suspect if you can get an arrow pointer on it, you'll be able to fix.

Also everyone, all of your missing "stuff" IS on your Entropia inventory so it is not "lost".


I am sure glad i am on Arkadia because I know these cats will be all over this to get our stuff back.
If this was Caly, you wouldn't see your shit for at least a year.

Missing:

small red display panel (2)
round red display panel (1)
Christmas reindeer (1)
plasma screen (1)

From what I can tell they added a wall in front of the bugged walls. So anything near the bugged walls is now hidden. Submit a support case with the coordinates of the missing items and they will put it back in your storage. I am missing a green cd at Celeste north 16 level one, and have already sent a support case about it.

In red square should be my last nightmare from calypso "Merry Mayhem 2011 Participation Diploma" but i can't see it, item list say it is in apartment. Maybe it's gone and i can sleep well again?

To Avel and anyone else with this apartment issue:

Move your cursor over the affected item. If you can see any part of the item, the cursor should light up its "health bar". This should allow you to pick up the item. It can then be replaced in the same spot without any problems. Some items on walls are sunk too far in to be retrieved. I personally had some weapons on display panels on a wall. The panels are completely out of sight but the items on the panels were still partially visible. The weapons I could retrieve, the panels are still in there. Pick up and reposition what you can, send Chris a list of the rest, kick back and wait.

Seems I have been hit by this problem as well.

I do remember some things being on the walls that I cannot see now, like some lamps, small red display panel, some signs (forgot which sort). Anyway, since I can't remember exactly what I can't see and need to redecorate anyway I would be very happy if my entire apartment content can be moved back to my arkadia inventory.

Hello, just to bring this back to life, I stated in OP of my issue and listed the items in question in #6. I still have not had my items recovered nor has that apartment been fixed, items on the walls are still sunken.

Not that I need the items any time soon, just wanted to bring this issue back up as it is still not fixed.

I will do a followup with MA about your items, Seems they somehow missed the first few we reported. Just to check, In your OP you mentioned Celeste Harbour North Building 12 Floor 4 so what apartment is the #6 you are mentioning now ?
