Advice for an offworlder

Hi all

Just a bit of a "hello newcomer in town" message really. I've been on Arkadia a little while but am still pretty new to what's to see and do. Currently out scouring the countryside for lost interns but thought I'd say a bit of a "hi I'm here" and is there any advice for an offworlder?

Not sure if my current mission will continue or will dead end but just in case I thought I'd see if anyone can give advice on the sort of things I should know/look for on Arkadia.

Any cool missions I should do, things I should see, shops I should check out, items, mobs etc?

Doesn't have to be encyclopedia. Just any little tidbits you can personally recommend or offer.

Particularly interested to know if there are any really pretty/interesting places I should visit.

hi,

if you haven´t already check out the starter mission for an awesome hoverpod can´t give you coords for starter npc cuz i´m not on ark :sad:
where this mission chain begins there´s a bar with a great view and you prolly should check out celeste quarry for the newest gossip and dealz. (beginner missions will lead you there)
have fun exploring and ask around. there´s helpful people everywhere.

It's worth wandering through Celeste Harbour to get an idea of what is available in the shops there Only 16 to check so not a huge effort.

Sanctuary Cove is very pretty, especially around sunset. A few shops there also. Quarry is the p2p trade centre.

 

I'm not sure if I have completed the newbie mission line yet or not. I think I have. I have the hoverpod. Its great fun especially with a joystick. I've nearly killed it though! haha. I think I will have to buy one as its a really fun vehicle. I like the feeling of enclosure it has. Not many have that.
I managed to find 3 out of the 4 interns last night. A fun mission but a bit lame they all said the same thing. I'm not sure what I'll be doing after finding the 4th... maybe Dr Zhen will have more work for me.

 

Sadly the Lost Interns and new player experience are the only missions really besides the IFN mob grinders.

Also find Aakas Teleporter in SW corner of the desert among some ruins and buy a Arkadina Key and try out an instance, if you have not done so yet. A-Team did a nice job with graphics design on the instances.
